Night Vision Aperture Covers

Replace your bikini covers and aperature devices with this all in one cover. In addition to covering both front and rear lenses, the front cover has a slider that opens up two smaller sized holes for auto focusing. The middle position closes it fully allowing you to wear your NVGs during the day with no damage. Underneath the front cover is a hexagonal anti-reflection device to minimize reflection with the front cover removed.

You will need a 12" shock chord for each tube. I used Polymaker PLA Pro FDE to print the 4 parts needed for this assembly (per tube).

Included are all the parts in STL and STEP format, as well as the OpenSCAD code needed to generate them. Currently I have parts sized for PVS-14s and PVS-31s. If you have a different unit simply measure the front and rear lens assembly with calipers and input the diameters in millimeters into the parameterized code:
